INCA BATHS

The tour to the Baños del Inca begins with the transfer from Cajamarca to this place famous for its hot springs of volcanic origin used since pre-Inca times. The visit begins at the historic Pozo del Inca, where according to tradition the Inca Atahualpa enjoyed these medicinal waters, and continues through the Perolitos area, small natural pools that give off steam and remind us of the strength of the earth. We will continue to the archaeological zone, which preserves vestiges of the ancient stone baths built by the Incas, testimony of the cultural and spiritual importance that this place had. In addition, the complex offers modern facilities that allow visitors to live an experience of relaxation and well-being in direct contact with the ancient tradition of hydrotherapy.
